Holy Family Mental health Counseling Assistance Fund
The Holy Family Counseling Assistance Fund has been established with funding from donors to provide financial assistance to individuals, couples, and/or families seeking faith-based mental health counseling with Holy Family Counseling Center, and due to financial circumstances, are seeking assistance to receive counseling services.

ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES
Applicants must be seeking counseling with or a current client of Holy Family Counseling Center in order to receive assistance. Completion of this application is for financial assistance only. To schedule an appointment and be connected with a Holy Family Counseling Center counselor, please contact Holy Family Counseling Center at 678-993-8494.
Applications to the Holy Family Counseling Assistance Fund are reviewed by St. Vincent de Paul Georgia and will be treated in a confidential manner. Fully completed applications will be reviewed within five (5) business days by one of our caseworkers. Submitting an incomplete application will delay review. Applicants are encouraged to keep a complete copy of the application for their personal records and to have it on hand should one of our caseworkers contact you with any questions.
Distribution amounts are subject to the documented needs. If the application is approved, all payments for counseling will be issued directly to Holy Family Counseling Center.
