Grants Manager

St. Vincent de Paul Georgia (SVdP) seeks a talented grant writer and fundraising professional for the position of Grants Manager to manage and significantly grow SVdP’s grants portfolio and revenue. To support the sustainability of SVdP’s various programs and services, the Grants Manager will manage and coordinate the process of research, cultivation, writing, and submission of federal, state, and local government grants as well as foundation and corporate grants. This individual will lead all aspects of developing successful grant proposals and contracts and coordinate input across the organization as needed and will ensure that SVdP remains in compliance with funder requirements through the preparation and submission of reports and other documentation.

Hunger Initiatives Program Director

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Hunger Initiatives Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive hunger reduction programs and complementary supportive services. This includes managing two Council run Food Pantries and a Teaching Kitchen, coordinating with 40 Conference based Food Pantries, managing relationships with community partners and developing other hunger reduction related initiatives. The Hunger Initiatives Program Director will work closely with our Development Department to ensure that funds are available to support our initiatives and with our Operations Department to ensure that adequate food related donations are available for our clients. The Director will also assist and support our Conferences in their hunger reduction efforts with their local clients, including sharing resources and information as well as grant assistance and education.

Pharmacy Technician PRN

The St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Community Pharmacy provides maintenance medications to treat diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, and other chronic conditions at no cost. The PRN Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacy Director with all Pharmacy related operational duties on an as needed bases when the workload requires it and/or the regular Pharmacy Technician is not available.

Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant is primarily responsible for accounting for grant agreements including invoicing, collecting, payment processing and related financial reporting. Other responsibilities include general ledger and sub account analysis, accounts payable, recording of daily deposits, and journal entries for monthly closing.
