St. Vincent de Paul Georgia’s Marillac Moms program provides transitional housing for a limited number of pregnant women with existing children who are experiencing homelessness or in immediate risk of homelessness. Currently located in Cobb County, The Marillac Moms transitional home provides shelter, life and work skills, job assistance, maternity leave respite and mentoring with a goal of building self-sufficiency and a stable home environment for the mother and her children.
Qualifications include:
Confirmation of pregnancy; currently in first or second trimester
Existing children in the pregnant woman’s care
Currently experiencing housing instability or homelessness
Financial Hardship
Approved criminal background check
No substance abuse
