Good health is the foundation for a better life. Through Healthy Neighbors, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia and HEALing Community Health work together to connect our neighbors to quality, compassionate healthcare. When needed, we also provide assistance with applying for Medicaid benefits.

From check-ups and screenings to behavioral health support, we’re here to make sure health care is within reach for every neighbor.

Services Available:

Adult Health – Routine exams, chronic condition management, preventive care
Women’s Health – Screenings, prenatal care, family planning, wellness visits
Adolescent Health – Physicals, immunizations, counseling
Behavioral Health – Counseling, mental health support, substance use services
Medicaid Benefits Assistance – See if you qualify and get help applying

How It Works:

Schedule an Appointment Online – Appointments are available every third Thursday beginning March 19 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in 30-minute time slots (except from 12:30–1:00 PM) at St. Vincent de Paul Georgia (2050-C Chamblee Tucker Road Atlanta, GA 30341)
Bring Required Documents:

Proof of income (if any)
Photo ID
Insurance card (if applicable)
