Clark’s Christmas Kids Volunteers
As the holidays approach, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia has big plans to send messages of hope and joy to neighbors in need! We are proud once again to partner with Clark Howard, WSB-TV/Talk Radio, Georgia Department of Human Services, and Walmart on the Clark’s Christmas Kid’s program. Our collaborative effort for this special annual holiday project helps ensure every child in Georgia’s foster care system has gifts on Christmas morning! And we need your help to do just that. We invite you to help bring joy to children in the most need this year!
More than 8,000 foster children will receive Christmas gifts this season, requiring volunteers to help shop, wrap, label and ship tens of thousands of gifts. We would be honored to host individuals, groups, and families of volunteers to help fill the needs in our warehouse.
Please join us at the Christmas Kids Warehouse to help sort, label, and organize gifts and double-check that all the wishlists are fulfilled for the children:
- Weekdays December 1st – December 19th
- Shifts Available: 9:00AM to 12 Noon and 1:00PM to 4:00PM
Sign Up to Volunteer at the Warehouse
For a group volunteer reservation with a team of ten or more volunteers, please email Volunteer Coordinator Meghan King with the following information:
- Your group size
- Three (3) preferred volunteer dates and times
Your help with Clark’s Christmas Kids goes well beyond the days of volunteering, to letting children know that they matter and we care! You will be part of the community-wide effort at St. Vincent de Paul of providing essential services in the areas of Housing, Hunger and Health for our neighbors throughout Georgia and bringing joy to our youngest neighbors.
We look forward to welcoming you to the SVdP/Clark’s Christmas Kids Team!
