Family Stability Matching Fund for Conferences
St. Vincent de Paul Georgia’s Family Stability Matching Fund offers support for Conferences providing direct aid to homeless families including shelter, housing and wrap-around support. A fund of $250,000 is being made available for conferences.

Eligible Expenses
- Motel costs
- Costs or fees associated with moving families into shelters or transitional housing
- Support services related to serving homeless families, including but not limited to moving costs, storage unit fees and transportation
Who This Grant Serves
✔ Household includes at least one child under 18
✔ Parent-child relationship not required
✔ Family is experiencing homelessness or lacks permanent housing (ie: in a motel, couch-surfing, living in a car or place not for human habitation)
✖ Not for eviction prevention or rental assistance
Funding Cap
- 100% match of Conference direct aid
- Up to $500 match per family
Example: If a Conference provides $500 for a one-week motel stay, the fund can match $500 to extend the stay or provide other resources for the family. If a conference provides more than $500 for the family, matched funds cap at $500.

✔ A check request has been issued to your conference treasurer
✔ Minor child/children are listed with names, ages, birth dates, and relationships
✔ Case notes include a synopsis of the family’s situation
