Invitation to Lead for Secretaries

Secretaries are the record keepers, communicators, and organizational anchors of the Conference. “Invitation to Lead” is an annual training for new Secretaries or those who’ve never attended before.  Vincentians who are interested in future Conference leadership also are welcome.  Whether you’re new to the role or a seasoned Vincentian, this training will help you:

• Hold productive Conference meetings
• Take clear, accurate meeting minutes
• Keep records organized and up to date
• Store basic information in CMS and the National Member Portal
• Enhance communication between your parish and Conference
