Our Neighbors in Need spend countless hours scouring real estate listings, looking for Affordable Housing. They make phone calls, fill out dozens of applications, and pay expensive application and background and credit report fees. This process takes time and money and can lead to heartbreaking rejections. Some acceptances are at undesirable tenancies, that may be blighted and unsafe and unfit.
Join us to learn how the new SVdP Georgia Landlord Engagement Program can help identify mission-driven landlords and learn what support you can provide to the program. Our goal is for mission-aligned landlords to not only accept our referrals of Neighbors in Need, but want to contact us first with a vacancy!
