SVdP GA Landlord Engagement Program Info Session

Learn how the SVdP Georgia Landlord Engagement Program works and how Vincentian caseworkers and Landlords can apply to participate. 

• You are a Landlord – you’ve heard about the new St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Landlord Engagement Program and you are interested! You want to save money on turnover costs.  You seek the financial security of the Landlord Contingency Fund.  You seek the support of a Vincentian caseworker to help address problems with your tenant.  You appreciate pre-screened tenants who understand rental agreements, housekeeping, and being a good neighbor. You are mission-aligned with St. Vincent de Paul Georgia: By helping house our clients, you are playing an integral role in providing safe and affordable housing in your community.
• You are a Vincentian Caseworker – you want to refer this program to Landlords and you want to refer Neighbors to these Landlords.
