Invitation to Lead for Treasurers

VIRTUAL ONLY due to INCLEMENT WEATHER.  “Invitation to Lead” is an interactive workshop for new Treasurers or those who’ve never attended before. It is taught by Senior Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer Susan Hansen.

As a Conference Treasurer, you play a vital role in keeping our mission strong, transparent, and financially healthy. This training will equip you with the tools and confidence to manage Conference or District finances with accuracy and heart.  Whether you’re new to the role or a longtime Treasurer, you’ll learn how to:

• Prepare clear, accurate monthly reports
• Keep meticulous financial records for your Conference
• Effectively use CMS to track and manage funds
• Observe essential financial procedures and responsibilities
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial matters

Choose to attend in-person or live, online via Zoom. We highly recommend in-person attendance for the benefit of networking with your peers. Lunch is included for those attending in-person.
