St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Announces Seven New Board Members
St. Vincent de Paul Georgia (SVdP Georgia), a nonprofit agency dedicated to preventing homelessness, fighting hunger and changing lives, has welcomed six new members to its Board of Directors.
“Our Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to providing help and hope for our neighbors in need throughout the state of Georgia,” said Patrick McNulty, CEO of SVdP Georgia. “We are excited to channel our new Board of Director’s talent, expertise and energy into furthering our mission.”
Charlotte A. Combre is a partner at BakerHostetler, and practices exclusively in the area of healthcare law, focusing primarily on the regulatory compliance of healthcare organizations. She has a depth of experience advising and representing healthcare clients on Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment, billing and claims reimbursement, as well as state licensure and survey and accreditation matters.
David Malone is the current Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Gas South. David is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of strategies to increase Gas South’s revenue through brand visibility, sales, and customer retention. David received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in economics from Florida State University.
Sr. Mary Francis Power is a Catholic Sister of the Eudist Servants of the Eleventh Hour, a Vincentian, and the new St. Vincent de Paul-Georgia Council Spiritual Advisor. She is required to work in prisons and jails, her primary responsibility, as this is the focus of her association of Sisters. Sr. Mary Francis also accompanies Vincentian caseworkers on home visits associated with the St. Vincent de Paul conference at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, as needed. She is a member of the Archdiocese Death Penalty Task Force team.
Jacob DiPietre is the Senior Director of public affairs at Chick-fil-A, Inc., where he provides counsel to company leaders on issues related to reputation, communications, stakeholder engagement, international expansion, and issues management. DiPietre received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Northwest Missouri State University.
Bill Killburg is a Market President at Truist Bank and leads a high performing commercial banking team in Metro Atlanta. Bill also utilizes his extensive expertise and advisory team to assist clients with all types of financing solutions, capital markets, payment solutions, employee benefits, risk management and personal wealth needs.
Patricia Falotico is the Vice President of Client Development at Pathbuilders, focused on development and delivery of custom engagements inside client organizations. Her deep knowledge of Pathbuilders programs derives from her ten-year involvement as a volunteer mentor prior to joining the team.
Kathy Ames is the Director of Strategic Transactions at Southern Company where she oversees integration management and transition services for divestitures and acquisitions activity. Ames began her career with Southern Company, Georgia Power’s parent company, as a customer service representative for Gulf Power in Niceville, Fla. She subsequently served in positions of increasing responsibility in training and customer service, including dispatch center supervisor, local manager in Niceville and customer service supervisor in Panama City, Fla.
