Jerry Veltri

Jerry Veltri joined the staff of SVdP Georgia as the Chief Mission Officer responsible for supporting 72 statewide conferences. He will help to develop initiatives that will enhance the vitality and spirituality of our Vincentian conferences.
Jerry recently retired from a 39-year career with IBM in executive client-facing roles. He has worked with many of IBM’s most significant clients developing innovative technology-based solutions to support their strategic business objects. He received numerous leadership recognition over his career managing IBM’s strategic global clients, including the 2018 Best of IBM recognition given to the top 2% of IBM Global Employees for achievement in the year.
Jerry has been an active Vincentian and is currently the president of Saint Jude the Apostle Church SVdP conference, which he has held for over five years. Jerry and his wife, Maddy, have been parishioners at Saint Jude for over 26 years and currently reside in Sandy Springs.
