DeKalb County Integrated Community Care Initiative (ICCI) Support
Qualified DeKalb County residents who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic are invited to apply for rent and utility assistance through the Dekalb County Integrated Community Care Initiative.
Eligibility includes:
- DeKalb residency
- Financial hardship
- Risk of homelessness or housing instability
- Low-income as defined by HUD and area median income

Required documentation includes current identification, proof of income/no income, proof of residency (lease agreement or utility bill). Other documents may be required.
In addition to St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, participating organizations include:
- New Life Community Ministries, rent and utilities
- Urban League of Greater Atlanta, rent and utilities
- Latin American Association, rent and utilities
- Atlanta Legal Aid Society, housing stability services
- Jewish Family Career Services of Atlanta, rent and utilities
- New American Pathways, rent and utilities,
- Africa’s Children Fund, rent and utilities
- DeKalb Pro Bono, housing stability services
