DeKalb County Integrated Community Care Initiative (ICCI) Support
We appreciate your interest in seeking assistance through the Dekalb County Integrated Community Care Initiative (ICCI).
At this time, we are not accepting new applications. We are currently reviewing the many applications already submitted and, unfortunately, do not have a timeline for when applications may reopen.
While we are unable to assist directly at this time, we encourage you to connect with one of the other trusted community partners who are also part of the ICCI and may be able to help:
