Qualified DeKalb County residents who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic are invited to apply for rent and utility assistance through the Dekalb County Integrated Community Care Initiative.

Eligibility includes:

  • DeKalb residency
  • Financial hardship
  • Risk of homelessness or housing instability
  • Low-income as defined by HUD and area median income

Required documentation includes current identification, proof of income/no income, proof of residency (lease agreement or utility bill). Other documents may be required.

  • DeKalb Pro Bono, housing stability services
