DeKalb County Phase 2 – Conference Reimbursement Request
The $350k DeKalb County Phase 2 grant was awarded to SVdP Georgia to assist our clients with rent, utilities, medical bills associated with Covid-19, extended stay motels, or other housing emergencies created by Covid-19. Water bills are excluded.
This grant is retrospective in nature and will provide reimbursement for expenses that have been incurred from Match 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021. The following are the criteria to qualify for the grant.
All Clients must:
- Live within Dekalb County
- Have a documentable Covid reason or sign a Letter of Attestation for Coronavirus Relief Fund attesting they have a loss of income due to Covid AND sign an Authorization for Release of Confidential Information. - Provide a photo ID
- Provide copy of bill or lease and a late notice of rent with clients name on it
We must submit our expenses by September 22, 2022 in order to be reimbursed.
